I'm a fellow Classic/Sweet lolita, and I usually buy my clothes online through webshops, as well. A great website that'll help alot, and helped me, would be Lolita Fashion - For Lolitas of All Styles. They have a lot of great tips, and links to very popular brands and secondhand shops. ^-^ And if you've just started out, great brands for Sweet/Classic Lolita's would have to be, Metamorphose, Baby The Stars Shine Bright, Angelic Pretty, Mary Magdalene, Juliette et Justine, and Innocent World.
