Where's Ninja Stuff in Tokyo?

I have a couple pair of tabi, one of the few cheap things at Tokyu Hands.

Looking for a pair of baggy hakame(?) pants, & karate-style gi/jacket I can tie closed...I want cheap & used, but harajuku mostly has goth stuff...I can't even seem to find a local martial arts supply while googling.

Also need some rubber shuriken! Someone said I can get soft throwing stars at Daiso, but they don't seem to have them........???

If i go to one of the ninja towns/amusement parks, will i find lots of these things, or no?
