I am kinda lost...

This is a pic of how your hair look when you wake up?

Hmm...so what do you want to do with it?

Any styles you prefer?Maybe give us some clues as to what you want before we could actually give you some feedbacks?

=)

with long hair like that i would wax clump and layer it.

starting from front goin left to right working your way to the back

angling it in a way you want, you can play around with it, i would personally do left over right and then right over left

basically getting clumps of long hair and waxing it from roots to the tip.

then flatten them out to about 1 to 1/2 inch

once you got that down use hair spray and harden it once its in the position you want it. make sure the roots are good otherwise it'll get fussed up during the day.

then blow dry the trip.

continue this all over and you'll have a sick style.

trust me it takes a loooooong time and hard to get down at first if its your first time.

id use maybe fiber gum or glue gel for the roots or make sure you have a really good hair spray brand.

for more effect use Shine or luminant spray.

Be thankful that is could be a lot worse, I think you really don't need to straighten it, that really damages the hair....

Get a decent shampoo and conditioner and brush your hair when you get up :-)

You could look at jrock/visual kei pics as they have really funky hairstyles if you need some ideas

simple shampoo and conditioner (from my experience) isn't going to do much...especially if your going for an exotic style...

pretty much any "extreme" hairstyle is going to damage your hair...
either from the straightening (burning) or the wax, spray, gels (suffocation) >.>

though...i suppose though....you could try "teasing" your hair =D

How To Tease Hair! <--here's an article that i found on google, lolz
