Please define what you mean by 'creepy'?

Because it resonates in my ears as offensive.

Visual Kei and Lolita fashions are NOT creepy, thank you very much. Unless it involves the more 'Ero Guro' styles of them. As in Grotesque Lolita and Ero Guro Visual Kei.. It's not like I like those particular sections of the styles either but just because someone doesn't like something, it doesn't mean it shouldn't exist.

It's just too bad you didn't see many people who dress in these styles, in my opinion it's such an essential part of modern Japanese culture, I feel bad for you 8'(

Well, they're probably aren't going to be crowds of Visual Kei and Lolita people every weekend, and it probably depends on the weather, also. Just keep going, and one time they'll probably be a lot of people there ~ !
