grow your hair out, layer it (i suppose a "woman's" layering, meaning that the layers in your hair are just much larger than in a "men's" layering)
straighten your hair, apply some sort of wax, style, blow dry, spritz w/ a bit of hair spray if you want, and bleh <.<
