i think you're wondering how chinese can make japanese food.

Anyone can make food if they learn, so you will get some people, especially chinese making and profting from japanese business market, this is because the chinese takeaways is dying.

in answer your question, chinese food is different from japanese food in MASSIVE ways, mainly the ingrdients available and also the places being different and cultures dictating at what they're suppose to eat or what is good for you, according to that culture. Also the rice is different, chinese food is more filling in my personal opinion
