It would have to be unagi (eel).
 Oh, and Cowboy yakitori (which is beef wrapped in bacon on a skewer dipped in spicy miso sauce. My mouth is drooling already....)  ~SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES. It's hard for me to decide. I like takoyaki with mayo and takoyaki sauce. Although I don't like it with ginger
Next would be okonomiyaki. Cook it with cabbage and cheese, add mayo and sauce, and I'm in heaven. Next would be be oyakodon. One of my friends showed me how to make it so I'm happy about that. I think the name is actually creative for a donburi haha
