Japanese Breakfat Today - 02-02-2007, 07:02 PM

I'm doing research on the changes in breakfast in Japan. I already know what the traditional Breakfast is--but what I'm having difficulty with is finding a more modern breakfast.

Western Style breakfast is becoming more common and I want to know what kinds of western style (with a Japanese twist) breakfasts are eaten.

There's a picture of a westernized japanese breakfast :

Egg, gyoza, rice and soba noodles topped with seaweed salad.

Rice, miso soup, pickles, tofu or natto.

I do not want the unctuous one in Japan in the morning.
