Whats this? spice rice?

Hey ! I'm new here =)

I just got back from Japan and my host brother gave me these to take back to Australia. I was wondering what was the name of these little packets of spice that you put on rice?

Do they have an english name? whats the japanese name? If you could, could you please tell me the flavours of these three i have left? haha

Thanks!

These are the type which you pour hot water over and make rice broth with...
I don`t believe there is a name for them in English, but in Japanese they`re ochazuke.

From the left; Plum, turnip stalk, and salmon.

You can also mix them with cooked rice as seasoning to make onigiri, or rice balls.

I`ve never heard of doing that with ochazuke - you can do it with furikake though.

But that`s not dip type tsuke. It`s like... The one you use to refer to making pickles or the like. Sticking it in and leaving it.
