食用方法
先用冷水浸泡3 – 5 小时,然后用开水煮10 分钟左右(盖锅)。放入冷水中,泡2 – 3 天。一天换一次水。冷拌,热炒都行。放入冷水中的时间 ,根据自己的口味;时间短苦味浓,时间长苦味少(有苦 味正常)。一袋可使用3 – 5次。

Directions for Use
Soak the osmunda in cold water for 3 to 5 hours. Remove and both in covered pots for 10 mins. Place in cold water and soak for another 2 to 3 days, changing the water daily. It is suitable to eat as cold dish or fried. Time for soaking the osmunda will depend on individual's taste preference; shorter soaking time will give a more bitter taste. One packet can be used up to 3 to 5 time.
