Yoshinoya

Yoshinoya is sooo popular in Japan and in California now. All they serve is teriyaki chicken, shrimp, and their classic beef bowl.:gkitty:

I lived off it in Japan and it was the best bang for the yen. I've never ate at a Yoshinoya in the US though; to me it seems that it wouldn't be of the same quality.

we have it in singapore also. good because it is under 10 dollar and very nice. the only complain is.... the meal size still not enough for me.

My experiences of Yoshinoya Beef Bowl are only in Japan.

(My) Correct manner is as follows.

1) order Nami (standard size) Beef Bowl and a raw egg.
2) make a depression in the center of beef bowl and place yellow part of egg there.
3) scatter red chilli on the peaces of beef (never on egg!).
4) lay red ginger on the peaces of beef until all beef is hidden.
5) eat it up!
