I use to love Instant Noodles however once I learned how to read the nutrition content on packages I have cut them out of my diet. In some brands, one small pack of instant noodle is more than the daily requirements for sodium. Blah!

Nissin Milk Seafood noodles are great, but if I want to go a little more old school then I'll eat the original Nissin Seafood Noodles with whole milk in it.

I've had instant Miso, which is pretty good, and instant Udon. I like the udon much better than dry ramen, but the packets are SALTY!! I drain the noodles and add fish or chicken or something along with some broccoli and shredded carrot. Yummy!

I love Instant noodles. I usually eat Maruchan Ramen. The ones that come in the packet and you boil in water in a pot not the Cup Noodles (I don't really enjoy the cup Noodle varieties). I usually add some fresh garlic or some vegetables and extra condiments while cooking it. I eat it every once in awhile not every day or every week since someone told me they can't be good for you if you eat to much of it. I also recently started getting into Soba Noodles and I am just loving it! I am still trying to find a nice way to prepare it. So far I have had it with Chicken and Steak and some vegetables too and it's not bad but I want to make it better.

I was kicking it at this girl's place and she cooked some of the milk seafood cup noodle ramen for a night snack. It was awful and smelled like bad cheese.
But I did buy some しょゆ ramen yesterday and it was pretty good.
