Hey thanks man, that's AWESOME!

I was looking for the ingredients here:

Japanese food | Japan Centre: online food, kitchenware, magazines and book shopping

Best place to get the ingredients I think! Might pop down there this weekend.

Oh yeah, I shop there sometimes. It's pretty comprehensive but go soon because I hear it's moving (again), so it might be shut for a while. :/ If so try....shoot, I forgot the name. Maybe try down China Town's main street, there's a chinese supermarket somewhere around there that just opened up a second floor with all Japanese ingredients. It's not quite as good, but it should suit your needs. It's in Soho anyway.
