Need Help ASAP! Questions about ordering.
 
My upstairs neighbor runs a really nice sushi restaurant and I have a dinner reservation for 3 hours from now. He taught me a word that means 'have the chef order for you' or essentially have the chef pick your food. I think it started with 'o'

Please help! I can't remember the word for the life of me!
