Dude, you are kidding. I mean they were not my favorite thing at first, but now I love em.

I think wasabi in large quantities is now the only thing I have any issues with. Oh and ikura (samon roe), and any fish guts.

Umeboshi. Could never get used to them, still nearly make me gag.

And while I'm not opposed to the taste of wasabi, the bartender in an izakaya I went to served me some sort of roll that was filled entirely with wasabi and I had to down it one bite. That cleared my sinuses up rather quickly, to say the least...

I'm pretty much down with anything Japanese food wise, but I not particular on Nato; mostly the smell.

The other is uni (sea urchin roe). I just can't stand it.

for me tako...not so much the taste but the texture...too rubbery.
other than that nothing else really...for me its how its made. i remember this one Japanese restaurant that everyone talked about, so i went...had their miso...and it was disgusting...way too salty. never went there again.

I'd list a specific food, but I know why it tasted awful. So I'm saying anything with wasabi in it.
