Authentic Fried Rice? - 07-29-2011, 07:47 PM

I've been on a Japanese food kick lately and have left over rice and chicken and trying to find a real good recipe. I've been to Japan and Okinawa and love the rice. And also if someone can point me to a good recipe place. Been finding out Japanese food is healthier then a lot of American food. And my wife loves it. She could eat sushi every day. I'm still trying to get used to it. Thanks.

Awesome, thank you. So simple too. I just need to get a wok. But I got a pan that will work fine for now. What kind of oil is used?

But thank you for that video.

Any kind of oil is OK.
rich - animal fat oil
plain - vegetable oil
ingredients - freedom
As for the pan, the thing of iron or titanium is good.
