yep yep, that's what my mom did yesterday to cook unagi. we were making sushi rolls. <3 ^^
i could ask her later for how long to grill it. i don't exactly pay attention much when she does it. ^^; but i know it's not too long, cause then it'll dry it out... obviously. o.o;

Isn't Unagi eel? am I right? If it is, I have seen it, but only raw in sushi. How is the taste of it? I have always wanted to try it....

They sell it at a supermarket next to where I live, so if it's really good. I can go get some.

yes unagi is eel. Unagi sushi is no longer raw, i think its already grilled a bit.
And its very very delicious.. my fave sushi for all time
