multigrain gohan recipe - 03-30-2011, 05:38 AM

this makes me curious. is there a quality multigrain gohan recipe? i heard cooked barley is good with steamed rice. i often eat indian style basmati brown rice or italian style risotto at home and i want to try something new.

I don't know if the Japanese do it, but Koreans often mix rice and barley for steaming. Its pretty good, but sometimes I just prefer rice.
