Whats your favorite Japanese food to eat during winter?

Whats everyone's favorite thing from Japan to eat when it gets cold?

Whenever I'm feeling cold and/or sniffly during the winter I like to eat some Miso soup to warm me up. Anybody got any more suggestions?:)

"Nabe", the best menu for winter (in my opinion)

Hi, it is interesting question. I've never thought about it, although I am japanese.

"Nabe" is best menu, I think. It is a very popular.

To cook like this photo, then it is put on a table and people take small amount of food from it.

And, in Japan, people often meet up and have a Nabe drinking beer etc., haveng a chat. This is one of favourite custom.

I love miso raman. The best one I had was in Kyoto and it was karai miso raman. It was so delicious.
