Let's cook some Japanese food :) - 09-11-2011, 08:28 AM

Hi everyone,

I hope it's ok if I create a new thread :/
I made shabu shabu the other day and I would like to share my recipe (it's really easy) and show what product i use so maybe it would be easier for you to find it yourself.

ingredients :
some spinach
tofu
some japanese mushrooms (usually i use enoki mushrooms but this time i used shimeji mushrooms)
and some finely cutted pork

In a pan you have to put the same quantity of water and oigatsuo Tsuyu
(I forgot to say that you have to put some kombu for ten minutes and then put out of the water for more flavour) Then you can add the others ingredients. Let it boil a little and then it's ready to eat

You can see the pictures on my blog here tokyo-select-blog: Shabu shabu ^^
