Okay i have drank bird's nest soup for my entire life. I never found out what the heck I was drinking until i was like 12 years old when i actually researched it. Anyways I was sorta shocked but realized, I've been drinking it for a long time who cares. They can come sweet or salty, depending on how you make it. Its very expensive because the nests are very high up cliffs and people have to get them.
