Favorite Japanese dish?

Mine is beef sashimi. Its tasty :D

Sorry to say, I can not agree with you for beef sashimi.

Firstly, is it really Japanese food? You can have raw beef wherever in the world (with some risk).

Secondly, beef is not regarded suitable to eat in raw style. In fact we have several food incidents with raw beef (or beef liver) and raw beef will not be served in Japan actually.

I prefer to the MENTAIKO-GOHAN (spicy cod roe on rice).

I guess it depends on the season and Occasion. When I eat Sushi, I love Miso soup despite the simpleness. When I go to the Japanese x-mas market, I freaking love everything!

However, I haven't tasted that many dishes.

Try "ARA-JIRU" when you visit SUSHI restaurant.

"ARA-JIRU" is actually MISO soup with junk fishes. As it is made from the fish junk, the restaurant can not serve "ARA-JIRU" when they use pre-treated fishes instead of treating fishes by themselves.

My favorite Japanese food is curry bread, they're delicious!

RadioKid 08-31-2017 01:37 PM

Curry bread is called as "curry PAN".

He sings ...

"Curry PAN, Curry PAN, peal off (the package) and hide it somewhere.
I won't eat it because it goes away when I ate it."
