I don't know,I can't stand most of japanese food.I guess is just a matter of get used to it,japaneses are already used to that kind of food and non-japaneses usually are not.But it's still popular worldwide I suppose.

why!!!!!????? - 03-27-2007, 02:42 AM

becouse it Cold Fish! Raw!!! Not cook!!

anyway when I was in japan, My group when to a sushi bar in Hiroshima,
it was one of those that had a moving belt with all kind of sushi dishes on it.
at the time I I consumed a total of nine dishes, and was about to swallow number 10.
When suddenly, my stomach started to turn with the feeling of throwing up!
I quickly hightale to the nearest men's room, and let everything I ate out, ( Boy! did It Stink!)
After I let it out, I quickly exited the men's room, Pay my bil, and got the hell out of their quickly!!!l

Anyway, Every once in awhile I still have Some sushi At the local Chinese restaurants, Here in New York City

「or as they say in Japanese "Juunin Toiro" 」

what does that mean?

-idea
-literal, word-to-word translation

Oh and for the topic question:

I've never tried sushi but I'm going to, as soon as I go to Japan! I hope I'll like it ^^
