Hakata Ramen, made with slow-simmered pork, garlic, and pork bones is easily my favorite...

And the guys are right, if you've only had Cup o' Noodles, you haven't had real ramen.

Strawberry Ramen? O.o? Never heard of that one. My favorite is my own home-made. Fresh Ramen noodles, fresh scallions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tofu, chicken, shrimp, scallops, and soy sauce. I'm very lucky to have a shop that makes fresh Ramen and Soba noodles daily. So good. Mmmmm....

Actually, isn't there already a Ramen thread? I'm pretty sure the mods just finished combining them all.

LOL. Come on! If you make it here I'll be glad to take you to the shop. You would love Tokyo Asian Food. They have everything from fresh produce, noodles, and baked goods to Japanese magazines and fresh seafood and a little of everything in between. You should smell the store when you walk in. It smells so good, you really would be drooling. ^_~

I love ramen, but real ramen. Not "chicken" "beef" or "oriental"

tonkotsu and miso are the best
