on christmas it's traditional to make tamales for mexican-americans for supper.you take a cornmeal mush (what we call masa)spread it on corn husks(some families use banana leaves)put in the filling of your choice,meat,cheese,anything.then steam for several hours.serve with a chile sauce .now your talking.
