Salted Cabbage Rice:

After 3 minutes in microwave with salt, add YUZU-KOSHO(or WASABI?) and MISO. PLace it on the rice and add egg and sesame oil.



This Recipe is too gorgeous. Just salted cabbage on rice is OK for me.

She microwaves it for 90 + 20 seconds.
