food club!
 
ok me and my friend are starting a food club at school and we want to do some japanese dishes so I was wondering if anyone had some good recipes or sites with good japanese dishes. preferably without fish but thats ok to.

yep, you're right it's good stuff.. but can be quite costly.. after all shrimps..
anyway wiki explanation of tempura.

Tempura (てんぷら or 天麩羅, tenpura?) is a classic Japanese dish of deep fried lightly-batteredvegetables or seafood.

hey.. they have Ingredients and stuff here.. go and have a look.. but i have to say can be quite costly.. so you may want to just do Ramen instead.:)

ya, and also fresh oil :) if not then Tempura would smell/taste very oily.. or stuff..
