何もかも変わらずにいられないんです。
　Nani mo kamo kawarazuni irarenai ndesu.

What I dont understand is Why 変わらずに? What kind of form is that? It seems to have a pattern like Verbずに＋いられない。。

白鳥は哀しからずや、空の青、うみのあをにも、染まずただよふ。　
美魚さんは白鳥、僕は青、ぼくらは交わらない
