(Quick) Phrase request. - 04-16-2008, 01:44 AM

I'd like to know the Japanese equivalent of "What are you doing?", both Formal (polite) and Informal (Casual/Very Casual).
This particular phrase has eluded me.

I'd appreciate the help.
Thank you.

Polite: 何をしていますか。

Direct: 何をしている?

Thank you very much!
Also, forgive me, but can I get the Romaji forms of those phrases also, please?

I know very little Kanji.

I think 何してんの? (nani shitenno) is extremely casual for "What are you doing?"

I can come up with increasingly casual ways of saying it, but I think it`s probably best to stick with the two MMM presented.

It can also sound accusing, like "What the hell are you doing?" depending on the situation...not one for novices.

I introduce a more unpolite and strong version: "nani shiteyagaru!?"
