you need the topic marker particle wa after watashi

watashi wa wakarimashita (ta is past tense) so it would be "I understood."

Also you don't really need "watashi" in this sentance you can just have "Wakarimashita" and it will be understood.

In Bokurano manga, there is a "alien like" creature, that call itself "koemushi".

Do you know the exact translation of this term?

There are more than 1 meaning for that word? I think it's possible, because in the manga there is a "play of words" based on his name: some kid close his nose as they smelled something bad.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance!
Sorry for quoting myself...

"Koemushi" isn't a word in itself, but I would presume that it's a combination of two words: "koe" and "mushi"

"Koe" means "voice"
"Mushi" means "insect."

So, "voice insect," perhaps?

I don't know about an alternate meaning, but... "Koe" can also mean "manure."

Perhaps if I were familiar with the anime you're referring to, I would be able to help you out more.

Doyoubi no hiru wa hima desu ka.

"Can i ask you out for lunch?"
Isshou ni, hirugohan o tabe ni dekakemasen ka.
(It's not exactly the same, but this would be the best thing to say.)
