Consider the sentence 行きましょう. The best (and perhaps only) translation of that is "Let's go!". But there is no 'let' or 'us' in that Japanese sentence.

As for the phrase 欲が出る, you may be going into the wrong direction. It has nothing to do with 'you', the second person. It's all about 'me'. 欲が出る literally means "New desires come out (of me)." You say it when a long-time desire has been fullfilled (often unexpectedly) and that has triggered you to go after new and even bigger dreams/desires/wants. Those bigger ones are the 欲.

お姉さん (ONEESAN) used when refering to someone else's big sister
姉 (ANE) used when refering to your own big sister when speaking to others
お姉さん/姉ちゃん (ONEESAN/NEECHAN) used to address your own sister (e.g. Hey, sis!)

Yes, it does. It's not a literal translation, though, as it omits the 一族 part of the Japanese title. But that only means 'Family', so it wasn't totally necessary. In case you needed a word-for-word translation , it would be 'The Conspiracy of the Yagyu Family (or Clan)'.

Congratulations! And yes, I am Japanese. But please avoid saying 「～～人ですか？」. That can sound rather unrefined and even a little harsh. Only small kids say that here in Japan. Please learn to say 「日本の方ですか。」　or better yet 「日本の方でしょうか。」.　But then, what did you think I might be?

Hopefully I have some leniency here. This isn't for a translation but I was wondering about the name "Sengo Muramasa". Of course, I am referring to the famous swordsmith. But what was his family name, Sengo or Muramasa?
