another way of saying future intentions would be to use the "tsumori" or "yotei".

ex. ashita tokyo ni iku tsumori/yotei desu.
Tomorrow i intend/plan to go to tokyo.

Ok samokan

now i have learned two ways to say "have done/haven't done" one is slang(regional) and one is regular

I cant remember witch one is right. Example (witch one is right)

Tabe taku nai

Tabe koto nai

One I was tolled to be from the town I lived in.

hello! - 03-20-2007, 05:21 AM

hello I am an Indian chemist. I am new to this forum. Last Sat. 10th I entered Nara, Japan. I will be doing my research work at Nara National College of Technology. But in general I am facing japanese language problem over here. I am very much interested in learning japanese. Kindly help me.

do you mean "tabeta koto nai" --> i have not tried eating ?

really ?? I don't think I have heard that..
I know a little of osaka-ben like saying thank you.. its "okini" ( not sure of the spelling ). its the same word between kyoto and osaka but the intonation is different

wakarimasen becomes wakarahen

trying going/asking in Nara's City Hall, if they have any Japanese Class for free. That would be helpful to practice your speaking and listening skill.

Yeah and Sashika ne is short of Sashitsukaenai

Also some Miharu-ben
