Where there is a will there is a way. Having the urge to learn Japanese and actually learning it are, surprisingly two entirely different objectives!

its gonna cost money, probably for starters around 100 bucks or so. Get yourself a japanese language textbook series. I personally recommend genki.

If you dont use genki, then use one that stresses vocab, grammar, and ESPECIALLY KANJI, even today, this is the most neglected aspect of learning Japanese. To read anything with ease, you need to memorize a lot of kanji. just being realistic.

You CAN teach yourself, it is possible. This girl in my Japanese class is a year younger than me, and she taught herself. whats more, she is without a doubt better than anyone who came up through the ranks of my school's education, she's just... ridiculous (yeah I kind of have a crush on her based solely on how easy she makes Japanese at a higher level look).

How old are you? You should probably try to look for a class in your area, or take it if you're in college.

I personally would recommend the textbook Nakama.

that's a application that u can work on d most of language try it out so good i learn as it maybe good for u plus i dont spend much time but wasnt that bad

Personally id see if there are any classes around your area.
I do Japanese at college and trust me its alot easier then trying to learn it on your own online.
It takes time and patience, but in the long run its worth knowing another language :)
