Hello all,
I really need to know what these two kanji mean.
First of all I need to know what they mean when setup like in the picture.
If they have several meanings, or individual meanings or other meanings when together I would like to know as well.
I know they are a bit scrabbled up, but it is the best I could do.
To be honest, I dont know if they are Japanese or Chinese even. Any help appreciated! :)

It's Japanese. It is pronounced 'usuaji' and it means light-flavored. By 'light', it most often means 'less salty'.

Thanks a lot Nagoyankee-san! :D
But if you used it about a person, in what way could it describe a person?

The word is not often used to describe a person, but when it is it means 'not having a strong character'. That person doesn't stand out when in a group because he doesn't speak very openly or he isn't very opinionated. People just don't notice him as much as they do some others.

That makes sense. Thanks a lot Nagoyankee-san! :vsign:
