I started to do that with writing a self introduction thing but I got bored.. too many watashi this and i like this..

My current task is my "a day in the life of" but i havent started it yet.. Thats tomorows task over a sweet chilli stir fry and 2 litres of Cherry Coke :P

Thats not the one from my sig? thats the katakana RI, the one i have is hiragana. very similar but katakana uses more streighter lines.

My sig says: my japanese isnt amazing, but im not a begginer anymore.

erm.. one more spotted but in your username not your guide. the word OTAKU has two meanings, i believe this depends on context and how its written..

おたく - You. Works the same as あなた but is more polite.

おたくのうちいきましょうか？
Shall we go to your house?

オタク - I belive this is the version you were aiming for. This means "person obsessed with something" but translates into Geek or Nerd. So you can have アニメオタク　which then translates as Anime Nerd or whatever
