Trying to get in touch with a store in Japan

Hi everyone, this is my first post, I'm trying to get in touch with a music store in japan but they don't speak english, could someone help me getting in touch with them sending them an email maybe and let them know the situation?

We'll need more information than that. Like, uh, the name of the store would be a good start.
