Exclamation Please Help!!! - 12-23-2008, 10:27 AM

I am writing a letter to the singer of one of my favorite J-Rock bands, and I was wondering if someone could tell me how you say 'I love you' in Japanese. Please help as soon as you can.

あいしてる (aishiteru) means "I love you" in a romantic way. Don't say that.

If you want to say you love them as an artist, say 大好き (だいすき)

Who knows, she might want to confess her love. XD

大好き really is a better idea though. Don't wanna freak 'em out (though I bet letters like that are sent all the time). They're probably used to it anyway.

Sure. I just hope you're not seriously planning on writing a letter to a Japanese man entirely in Romaji.
