I'm only in Japanese 1 but I think it means:
"The game isn't over!~"

I would read it as "The game doesn't end."

That is also what i read it as.
Also since Rin244 said "The game isn't over!" i tried to think of what that would be.
So would i be correct in thinking that it would be along the lines of ゲームがまだ終わってない ?

This sentence is referring to the near future though it uses present tense grammatically. If I had to translate it, I would say:

"The game's not gonna end (if something happens/if you keep doing this or that, etc...) "

Something/someone is preventing the game from ending.

"The game isn't" or "wont be over" Depends on how you say it...

"Isn't over" would be 終わっていない

"doesn't end" would be 終わらない

It depends on how you inflect the sentence... Maybe I'm all screwed up. The only Japanese I know is the back country southern Japanese drawl (nearly Okinawa pigeon like) my parents taught me as a little kid.....

"I kissed my love, at the gas works wall......"
