Please Help me phrase this...

I am trying to communicate to a farm owner that "i live a healthy lifestyle and i enjoy food that is healthy and nutritious."

and that i "Have an interest in a ~~~ type of lifestyle"

I would very much like to know how to ask someone to accept me into their business as a volunteer, or something like please make me a volunteer in your business/Farm.

Any help on these sentences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advanced

〜の生(い)き方(かた)の興味(きょうみ)がありま す。

For example, "I have an interest in a rural lifestyle." 田舎の生き方の興味があります。

There may be some weird connotation to いなか that I'm forgetting after 4 years away from Japan.
