Google Translate
I was actually surprised when Google made a translate page because it has lots of languages including JAPANESE and it translates the whole sentence(s) with accurate results unlike some other websites so try i use it most of the time !

Rather than retyping all of that stuff again, I'll just link you all to a post I made the other day listing all the resources I have in bookmarks right now.

Best Learning Methods?

I'll also mention a really great TV program available online called "Let's Learn Japanese: Basic". You can find at veoh.com, but you will need to download their player in order to watch the entire program. Very well worth it, however .
