Understanding Japanese Names
 
i go to a college where there are Japanese Students and i like them , and they are fun and i was scared to ask them there names , so i googled their names and i couldn't find it, if you know let me know their names are

There are quite a few different ways of writing names, so without knowing how each are written it is really impossible to say what they mean.
Tomoyo may mean that in one way of writing it, but that may not be how his name is written.
