Fire Rabbit, is this correct?

Hi, I am trying to find the proper japanese translation for " Fire Rabbit" (from the Chinese horoscope). My roommate, who has been taking Japanese since High School, insist that one way would be "hinotou". His source for this was an attempt to translate a wikipedia article I believe. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

That would be correct although Hinoto here means fire, and the rabbit is the last bit, u.

丁(ひのと)卯(う).
