In Katakana:

As for Kanji, you don't get it:

Is your name pronounced like the boy band trio, or is it pronounced as in German/Swedish? This makes a HUGE difference. Like, it's wrong if you do it one way instead of the other.

The boy band name is ジョナス. ジョナス・ブラザーズ - Wikipedia
The German/Swedish name is ヨナス. ヨナス・ビョークマン - Wikipedia

Nathan's link renders it differently from both.

So is it a hard J or a soft J (Y-like) sound?

So is it like the German version or what? In Japanese, sounds are represented phonetically, not with letters, so transliterating a name from X language into Japanese requires the person transliterating the naem to know how it's pronounced. I don't speak Danish, so I don't know.

But note that I gave you the answer in my first post, if only you take the time to figure out which is which pronunciation.
