It is a company name and I am thinking if it is International, why shouldn't it be Kokusai instead of seikaichuu that sounds really odd

It's not せいかいちゅう, it's せかいじゅう. In kanji, it's 世界中, and it sounds more like "Worldwide" to me.

I think the distinction here is that 国際 would sound like "offices in different countries," while 世界中 means that they ship worldwide.
