Japanese language help

I was looking around the internet for something to help me learn Japanese a little better. I tried a few books, but they were kinda boring and hard to focus on. I heard about this but I wanted to know if anyone else has tried it. If so let me know how it is. I'd hate to jump into something else that would bore me to death.

These schemes all have so much effort put into the huge amounts of explanation posted on the sites.
Looks like those pyramid schemes which would earn you buckets of cash only this one would give you buckets of knowledge I guess?
