The two most over-tattooed characters in Western civilization. Go for something a little more original if you feel the need to get something you cannot read permanently imprinted on your body.

There is a very sentimental reason to why im getting "strength" and if iwasnt to get it in japanese , i would get it in a different language. The reason why i chose japanese is because it basically put a sentence some one said to me as their last words into one symbol & its also beautiful. So that is why i'm going for strength , not because its popular thank you.

Everyone, it seems, has a very personal reason for getting the kanji for "love" and "strength" tattoos.

I didn't say you were doing it because it was popular, but when I was at the pool last week I would have needed more hands to count all the 力 and 愛 tattoos I saw. (And for some reason two people had 好水 meaning "like water" but they were at the pool, so I guess they like water).

Just keep in mind that 力 is not the only way to write strength, and that it doesn't simply mean "strength" as Western concepts and Eastern concepts are not parallel.

It would mean "The power of love" if you arranged it like that. Flip them over and you have "love for power".

Do something very original. Get an Arabic or Sanskrit tattoo.

Ok, feel the need to jump in here. She asked a question not for a freaking lecture. People need to chill the fuck out.

Dayuuuumm MMM, i didn't know you were paying for her tattoo? Get off your high horse. Also, stop watchin people in pools.

@ Komitsuki

If you think Arabic or Sanskrit is 'original' you obviously have spent to much time fapping to anime porn to realise that damn near every one has Arabic or Sanskrit calligraphy on their bodies.

I'm sorry, do I know you? Interesting first post. I am cool as a cucumber. You are the one using profanity.

And how do you know xneehux is a she? Never mind. It is all off-topic.
