Really? People acually name their child 'sorrow' in Japan? God, I thought the Irish were the only ones that did that
EDIT: How would you read those names? 'Shuichi' & 'Shuzin/to/nin/hito[?]'

stupid parent may use it for a name

Yeah I don't think it's his real name if that's what it means. I know his father was a brute but I like to think his mother was kind enough to call him something nicer than that

That sounds very stereotypical of boys everywhere to report their parents like that. I'd say the same.
