I've never heard of 一週後. I searched SpaceALC for it and it turned up zero results. Did you mean 一週間後?

In any case, I'd say it's ご. First of all, because it is pronounced that way in my suggested correction. Second, when you pair 後 with an actual time, it becomes ご, not あと. Furthermore, 一年後, which is a real word, is pronounced いちねんご. Finally (and this reason is definitely not a dispositive justification by any means), 一週 is pronounced using the Sino-Japanese pronunciation (音読み), so 後 should be, too. (There are many exceptions to this rule, though; primarily if the 一週 and 後 are etymologically somethingorother--I don't know the word but our resident amateur linguist would).

Why do you keep asking questions in sentence fractures when people here answer them in nice complete sentences?

As KyleGoetz said, 一週後 is a non-existing term.

why do i see boxes? do i need to install something?


I want to learn Japanese. I can teach English and Spanish.

I see them, too. Occasionally, JF screws up Japanese. I believe this is one of those situations.
