If you have windows and you've activated the language bar, under Tools> IME Pad, you can click "Handwriting" which you can use with a tablet to write characters and Kanji?

It will insert the characters into anything you can type in.
Maybe practice in word/the equivalent?

Hmm.
The thing is that i want to learn Katakana and Hirgana. And i think its easier to learn if you also write them.

I am not advanced enough to write words and sentences.

The IME pad also does the character recognition for kana. However, if you're trying to learn to write the kana, you don't need anything but a pencil and paper. Using a tablet PC will only help you save paper—nothing else.
