おれ is not a Kansai word at all.

Since you mentioned a year, let me give you two words for clarification.

誕生日 (たんじょうび) = birthday ("year" not included)

生年月日 (せいねんがっぴ) = date of birth ("year" included)

In Japan, we don't use these words interchangeably.

I've had to admit, I'm learning alot from you!

that makes it clear, I'll be using せいわんがっぴ when I'll be including my year of birth? that makes sense, wow..

The reading is せいんがっぴ. Yes, this is year/month/day.
